Hilary Bruffell, B.Sc.(Hons), M.Sc., Ph.D. Hilary is a social psychologist with extensive commercial experience in advising on and teaching internal communications, presentation and training skills to business.

Hilary's particular expertise is in group processes and her research interests focus on the impact of stigma on the individual and minority groups, and development and identity in adolescence.

Karen McIvor, B.Sc. (Hons), Ph.D. Karen has a strong business and psychology background. Her Ph.D. thesis looked at the construct and processes of bullying.

Karen recently completed a contract as a research fellow at the University of Portsmouth where she worked with Prof. Charlotte Rayner on the DTI/Amicus commissioned Dignity at Work project looking at effective interventions for bullying and harassment in the workplace.
